General Terms of Sale

1. Invoicing: Ebay will typically send you an invoice for the item or items you buy on any
given day. However, Ebay does not take into consideration the reduction I give for multiple item
purchases. So, if you buy more than one item, please wait for my invoice which may be lower. Please
note, though, that if I have to add insurance or Registration (for overseas shipments) costs, the
postage quote will be higher. I will add insurance or Registration costs to any package containing
a total purchase amount of more than $100.

2. Payment: If you do not pay for this item immediately after the sale, I expect that you will
send payment within 3 days of receiving an invoice. I do accept payment by mail (check or money order) as well as
credit card payment and Paypal. A Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be issued if payment is not received
within 14 days of the sale date. This does NOT mean you will get a Strike against your account. It is merely
a reminder to take care of your obligation as the buyer of this stamp. The Alert will be removed once the stamp
has been paid for. If the stamp remains unpaid for after 30 days, I will escalate the Alert to a Complaint after
which you may receive an Unpaid Strike and be blocked from future participation in my sales.

3. Authenticity: All items are offered as genuine and unconditionally guaranteed to be what I
claim them to be. In the unlikely event that a stamp is misdescribed and must be returned, a full refund will be
cheerfully provided if (and only if) I concur with the buyer's evaluation.

4. Returns: If a stamp must be returned, then it must be received no later than 14 days from the sale date
unless an extension for certification has been given. If a lot is returned due to my error, then postage will be refunded as well.
Note that stamps described with faults may not be returned if other faults are found. For example, if I describe a
stamp to have a thin and a crease it may not be returned because it also has a perf tear. It is my opinion that if a
stamp has a fault or two then the finding of an additional fault or two does not further devalue the stamp.

5. Certification: If the buyer wishes to send this stamp for certification, then I must be notified at the time
of purchase that it is being sent. I will not accept a stamp in return from anyone that did not follow this term - even if the stamp
is returned with a bad certificate. The reason for this is that I do have collectors that consign material to me for sale. And I cannot
go back to them months after an item has been paid for and ask that they send me the money back. It is important that this term be followed.
If a stamp is found to be other than how I described it, a full refund willl be provided. I will also refund the cost of the certificate,
up to $20 per stamp, for any stamp which sold for over $100. Certificate fees for stamps that sell for under $100 will NOT be
refunded.
