If the buyer wishes to send an item for expertization, I will split the cost, up to $20, for any item which is returned
with faults that I did not describe. This ONLY applies to stamps selling for over $100. I will NOT reimburse expertization
costs on ANY item selling for less than $100 (But, you are free, of course, to send it at your own expense.) And, I will
NOT reimburse costs for a stamp that is graded in a grade other than how I graded it. For example, If I grade a stamp as
Extremely Fine and your certificate has the opinion that is Very Fine, I will NOT reimburse the certificate cost. I will
cheerfully refund the cost of any stamp found to be altered (regummed, reperfed, etc.) if I did not describe it as such.
However, I will ONLY refund the cost of the stamp and the cost of the certificate as described above. I will NOT
reimburse ANY postage costs you incur along the way.

You are free to send the stamp for certification to virtually any recognized certifying body. I accept opinions from
the PSE, The Philatelic Foundation, The APS Expertizing Committee, William R. Weiss, Sergio Sismondo, The Royal
Philatelic Society, etc. I would just appreciate you letting me know where you are sending the stamp so I know
approximately how long to wait (they vary widely in the length of time to return opinions).
